About Jan Šebek

Jan Šebek is an accomplished Czech bartender with over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Thanks to his talent, dedication, and consistent hard work, he has risen to the top tier of the Czech bar scene. He currently serves as Bars & Beverages Manager at W Prague on Wenceslas Square, where he is responsible, among other things, for the premium cocktail concept of Minus One.

Previously, you may have encountered him in prestigious bars and hotels such as Four Seasons Hotel Prague, L'Fleur Bar, or Becher's Bar at Grandhotel Pupp. Jan has extensive experience with the renowned Diageo Reserve World Class competition, where he won the Czech national round and placed among the top five in the global final in 2023. He also triumphed in the worldwide Johnnie Walker Challenge, held in São Paulo, Brazil.
